Gone are the days of jumping between the two platforms to respond to guest reviews from one the most popular OTAs. With our new integration, you can manage your Booking.com reviews directly through Loopon—saving time, boosting productivity, and streamlining your response process.
Getting started is quick and simple. Just follow these steps:
Go to the “Settings” tab in Loopon.
Click on “Review Site Connections” in the right-hand column.
Select Booking.com and click to proceed.
Log in to your Booking.com account in the pop-up window.
Once logged in, you end up on the Connectivity Site and click “Review Connections.”
Finish by pressing “Confirm Connections.”
That’s it! Your connection is now live, and Loopon will take care of the setup right away 🎉 Responding to Feedback: A Whole New Experience After setting up the integration, replying to your Booking.com reviews is as smooth as responding to your survey feedback in Loopon.
No extra pop-ups or logins—it all happens seamlessly within Loopon.
Your responses will be moderated by Booking.com before they appear (allow up to 48 hours).
Please note that you can only reply to reviews that include written comments.
