  • A new era of system design
    Mid-2024 saw the rollout of Loopon’s sleek and modern system design. This update focused on making the platform more intuitive and user-friendly.   • A brand new support portal (constantly updated)

    Our 2-way Booking.com connection made its debut this year, streamlining guest review management. Hotels can now respond to reviews directly through Loopon without switching platforms or dealing with pop-ups, saving time and enhancing efficiency.

    We unveiled a completely redesigned website in 2024 – the one you’re reading this text on! The new Loopon.com reflects our evolution, offering a sleek, modern interface that provides clear insights into our solutions and a seamless experience for all users. It’s a fresh face for a future-focused company.

  • Stronger partnerships
    Collaboration has been key to our success. This year, we deepened partnerships with industry leaders like Speeron and AeroGuest, paving the way for more innovative guest experience solutions.

What’s Coming in 2025?

This date will eliminate discrepancies that may have arisen when counting internal or off-site replies and will give you a clearer picture of your engagement with guest feedback.
